Grain Bins

The most important part of any painting project is the prep work. We waterblast the bins prior to applying any paint to completely remove any dirt, chaff, loose paint or rust. We have five bucket trucks and two lifts of multiple sizes so we can safely reach all areas of the bin, pipes and legs. After a thorough cleaning, we apply a rust-inhibiting primer to prevent any rust from breaking through the paint with our 3500 psi airless paint sprayers. The client can choose a top coat painted with heavy duty aluminum paint or gray Superspec.
